“Understanding Fire Safety with Your Hero”

The Houston Fire Museum and Houston Fire Department are proud and honored to host an event for the community, “Understanding Fire Safety With Your Hero”

This is a new program developed to educate the public about the importance of Fire Safety and Life Safety.

Facilitated by the Community Outreach Coordinator and presented by HFD’s firefighters.

The program will include a life safety presentation presentation, question and answer period,  photographs, and a self-guided tour following the presentation.

Healthy snacks graciously donated by H-E-B.

Please arrive early, as the number of attendees is limited due to space limitations

“Clay Creatures

The Houston Fire Museum is  excited to bring an hour of fun in “Clay Creatures”

 

This event is developed to ignite creativity: exploring self-expression, design, & imagination.

Children will get an opportunity to explore patterns & fine tune their motor skills as they create a unique clay creature, while colorfully decorating it with sequins.

Please arrive early, as the number of attendees is limited due to space limitations. All materials will be provided.

This is an activity developed and facilitated by HFM
