Tours for Adults:
The Museum’s most important artifact is its historic home “Old 7’s.” Built in 1899, it is the oldest fire station still standing in Houston. The Museum reopened a year ago after a four year period of preservation. Your group will enjoy touring the beautifully restored icon.
Tours include the history of the building and firefighting in Houston. It will be a great trip down memory lane as you hear about horse-drawn apparatus, call boxes, and fire marks to name a few.
